Did you know? While mediation training may be flavour of the month for some, it has been our mission since 1989.
John Crawley, our Founder and Chair, was commissioned to write the OCN accredited mediation training manual for Mediation UK in 1996 and we developed the first OCR accredited mediation programme in 1999.

as it is extensive.
Conflict Management Plus are a Civil Mediation Council registered workplace mediation organisation more and all our courses qualify for Solicitor Regulatory Authority CPD points.
Our in-house training gives people the skills and confidence they need to manage difficult working relationships, have challenging conversations and maintain rapport and trust with colleagues and customers.
Our dispute resolution service includes a workplace mediation service that's second to none. We have a formal workplace investigation service where our experienced, qualified professionals undertake investigations into allegations of bullying and harassment, and disciplinary and grievance issues.

Conflict Management Plus in close partnership with the MOD
Conflict Management Plus are proud to be working closely with the different organisations within the Ministry of Defence providing mediation training to introduce and enhance the availability and skill level of mediators across the armed forces.
We are delighted to have trained over 100 mediators for the RAF alone and with some exciting new courses booked for the coming months, over 200 accredited RAF mediators will be available for their in-house service.
Together with mediation training for the Navy and Army, we will have trained just shy of 300 mediators for the armed forces in 12 months.
