Conflict Audit
Our Conflict Audit © is an independent assessment of the nature, causes and consequences of conflict in your organisation.
We carry out three main stages:
- Exploration - checking your Working Life Equilibrium using the LIRO© model: Conflict history; Neutral evaluation of current conflict; Conflict management measures already in place
- Reflection - Highlight potential imbalances in Working Life and how to achieve 'optimum equilibrium'; Reflect on conflict anecdotes and histories; Highlight patterns; Make projections and predictions; Look to the future
- Conflict Transformation - Creating a conflict management strategy - identifying proactive and reactive measures designed to prevent, manage and resolve conflict.
