- Support in recruitment and selection of mediators
- A nationally recognised fully externally accredited Certificate in Mediation skills that enables successful participants to mediate confidently, competently and to the highest national standards
- Full mediator pack including administration and case management materials
- Ongoing support and development, which if preferred can lead to a Diploma in Mediation Practice (nationally accredited qualification in practice).
- Supervision and coaching for your mediators
- Support in publicising your mediation service, including materials
- Monitoring and evaluation materials
