Services
We run in-house training courses which provide practical, inspirational and cutting-edge training to enable people to manage working relationships more effectively. Our public courses run the nationally accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills training for individual mediators and the ILM endorsed conflict management training for managers.
Our dispute resolution services include a mediation service that's second to none. We have a formal investigation service where our experienced, qualified professionals undertaken investigations into allegations of bullying and harassment, and disciplinary and grievance issues.
We are a pioneering organisation in the field of conflict management and dispute reoslution, and develop new services such as the neutral assessment approach, our national Diploma in Mediation Practice, and working with groups and teams in dispute.
OCR Accredited courses
We provide two courses accredited by the Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations. Both mediation skills training courses are for HR, managers and staff.
ILM Endorsed courses
We provide four conflict management training courses for managers endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. These courses for managers enable difficult situations to be dealt with at source.
