Public Service People Management Expo 2006 - Conflict Management Plus Ltd were delighted to be exhibiting at this, the largest PSPM event of the year, which took place at Manchester International Convention Centre. John Crawley also delivered a workshop at the event on Bullying.

We had an annual OCR verification for our nationally accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills course. The report concluded that "the programme reflects the full requirements of [OCR's] specification" and that "course materials used by the team are of a very high standard."
