We had a succesful time on Stand C70 at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition in Harrogate. We gave away a place on our Accredited Certificate in Mediation Skills for the workplace to one lucky visitor, and three giant cuddly tigers were won through our photo-caption competition! More details on the event are in our most recent Equilibrium newsletter no. 18.
We were a key sponsor of the second Dispute Resolution and Workplace Mediation conference for Symposium Events. John Crawley ran the workshop, Resolving Conflict at its Source—line managers’ training.

In order to deliver efficient and effective training, we updated our training portfolio, we hope that our clients find it more user friendly, with even more innovative and leading training programmes.
We were very proud to sponsor Patrick Alleyne of the Greater London Authority and his team in a 26 mile bikeathon to raise money for Leukaemia Research. All members of the team completed the ride and have so far managed to raise £1500!
