Our investigation service provides experienced investigators able to formally investigate any complaint, grievance, or disciplinary matter, at even the most senior level. Confidentiality is assured. We provide this service as a one off or on a contract basis.
Our mediators are the best there is when you need workplace mediation. We only handpick mediators who can demonstrate a match with our values, and who have a minimum of three years' experience in workplace dispute resolution. All work to our interactive model, and we have a success rate of over 90 per cent.
Sometimes groups and teams fall apart, so we have developed an approach to group work which engages all parties, restores communication, and resolves issues, in a constructive and integrated way.
Managers can benefit from the support and development provided by our coaching service, if they find themselves repeatedly facing difficult situations and relationships at work.
