The complete dispute resolution service
Whatever the conflict, we have an appropriate, effective intervention.
Workplace mediation, investigation, team conflict, neutral assessment and coaching - our practitioners represent a diverse community and have a range of backgrounds and specialities. They have the rapport and gravitas to work appropriately with all levels of staff
We administer each situation with the minimal logistical disturbance. Processes run by our team are consistent, thorough and professional and will not in themselves provoke, prolong or escalate conflict.
All our services come with participants' feedback, service evaluation and confidential report. We gather information to establish the issues, impact and individual and organisation contributions to the situation.
We remain neutral while fostering appropriate, lasting outcomes. All our practitioners are evaluated on a case by cases basis by clients, our staff and by the parties themselves.

- Use their communication and rapport building skills to enable participation from a wide range of people
- Be aware of their own assumptions and prejudices when drawing judgments, or making decisions as appropriate in their role
