Stress Management Service
Where there has been a significant amount of restructuring and reorganisation, this may have highlighted confusion about roles and responsibilities, and created a sense of unfair distribution of workloads and assignments. It is likely that there is a limited sense of people’s individual positions. People may be blaming each other and the system with accusations of management and organisational ineptitude.
Employees may present themselves defensively or as victims of bullying, and communication has been difficult for the team, whether from mutual avoidance to verbal abuse. Left untouched, over the long term this will develop into escalating animosity and deepened resentment towards each other.
We have three levels of intervention available for when it is clear that work needs to be done. Each level aims to:
- rebuild levels of trust
- reduce stress due to conflict
- support managers in improving their management abilities
- create a culture which encourages people to take responsibility,
- enable creative management of diversity issues
- support your organisation’s values and culture
