7. The Community series
Mediation in the UK sprang from the work done by community mediation services working on neighbour disputes. We are proud to have been the trainers for many of the UK 's community mediation services, and have maintained our presence in this area.
7.1 Tenants forums and groups - 1 day managing conflict skills
7.2 Facilitating conflict resolution in communities - 4 days mediation-style interventions for community tensions
7.3 Mediation and neighbour disputes - 1 day skills and awareness training
7.4 Building communities - 4-6 day programme for breaking down community barriers / managing community conflict
7.5 Certificate in community mediation - 6 day OCR accredited mediator training
7.6 Conversion to work-place mediation - 4 day OCR accredited programme for community mediators
7.7 Accreditation to practice OCN - coaching, casework supervision and CPD for practice accreditation
