We now have four ILM endorsed conflict management training courses. For an overview of these courses, please download our brochure, alternatively, you can click on each of the course titles below to download individual programmes.
2.1 Taking the adversity out of diversity - this 2-day course will help you challenge oppressive behaviour and manage difficult working relationships caused by diversity and equality issues.
3.3 Conflict management for managers - this 1-day work-shop is for managers to help them handle the day-to-day conflicts, misunderstandings and tensions that happen at work.
3.5 Mediation for managers - this 3-day course will help managers handle a range of difficult disputes at the source and prevent them from escalating.
3.6 Investigation skills for managers - this 3-day course will help organisations manage the risk posed by inadequate, biased investigations into grievances and disciplinary matters.

All these courses are tailored to the participants. Each course can be taken as a stand alone course, or you can use these titles as a menu from which to can create a special programme for your staff. We specialise in tailored in-house programmes.
