4. The Specialist series
This series enables you to create a pool of in-house skills to cope with
conflict in a range of specialist roles. Many organisations are cash poor
but people rich, and want to 'grow their own' internal conflict management

in a tough job well. This series covers staff, mainly managers, who have
to fit tough subjects like grievances, disciplinaries, and allegations of
bullying and harassment into their normal jobs. It is also aimed at HR
staff who are often expected to deliver dispute resolution initiatives
although they may not have the experience or skills.*
